Mr. Ali Alizadeh is an accomplished senior geologist with a wealth of experience in mineral exploration and project management. He earned his Geology degree in 1991, followed by an M.Sc. in Petrology in 1995, and further complemented his academic credentials with an MBA from Queen’s University in 2010. Leveraging his tenure as both a Project Geologist and Project Manager, Ali has adeptly overseen numerous Uranium, Gold, and Base Metal projects throughout his illustrious career with diverse exploration companies. His affiliation with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia underscores his commitment to professional excellence in the field.

Mr. Mitchell Wihlidal possesses a robust background in analytical chemistry, coupled with extensive experience across diverse laboratory settings, encompassing Geochemistry, Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, and Agricultural industries. Mitchell graduated from Thompson Rivers University in 2019 where he earned an award for his research with Resveratrol, a compound commonly found in wine. Mitchell continued his career in various laboratory settings where he demonstrated proficiency in spearheading Research and Development initiatives aimed at pioneering novel methods for extracting analytes from intricate matrices. Currently, Mitchell collaborates with clients within the global mining sector, assisting them in sourcing optimal Certified Reference Materials tailored to their specific mining endeavors.

Ms. Karina Gonzalez completed her studies in Trade and International Business, with an emphasis on International Business and Supply Chain. Karina has built her technical expertise in the automation fields for food, pharmaceutical and mining companies. With experience in the opening of subsidiaries of Canadian companies in Mexico since 2016, managing and administering them led her to develop business and sales strategies, where she is mainly oriented in mining laboratory processes with a focus on reference standards for laboratory analysis and QA/QC.

Mrs. Erin Macneil brings over two decades of invaluable experience in office administration to our team as the Office Administrator. Her extensive tenure in office settings has honed her expertise in orchestrating seamless administrative operations. Erin’s wealth of experience encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring the efficient functioning of day-to-day office activities. Her adeptness in coordinating various tasks and her commitment to maintaining a productive work environment make her an invaluable asset to our organization.
